Default sitting problems

well find this mint body 87 f150 on cl a couple weeks ago been talking to guy alot. the body was completely redone but the motor spun a main bearing. od reads 70xxx or something so im sure its atleast 170000. its 302 efi and 2wd and auto trany. i found a good 302 motor out of a 91 with 100000mi on it for $350. the guy wants $800 for the truck but body parts are worth more than that so i do want it. has good title. he said truck has been sitting since 01. what are problems that might make this more work than its worth. i figured breaks and all fluids are probly going to need attention but anything else. havnt looked at truck but i should look under the body and frame. will the motor from the 91 and exact match that i dont have to change anything. i was planning on buying it to put the new motor in get running good and resell. i dont want to keep it because i dont like 302s, dont like autos, and a 2wd is pointless for me. truck is only 15-20 miles from me so finding somebody to haul it cheap should be pretty easy to find.

So how much can you sell this for in your area? Sitting since 01 is a long time, could have a lot of problems once it's starts rolling again.

i paid 1700 for my shorty 87 f150 4wd has a little rust and missing a few things. i was thinking if i got this running real nice after driving around for a little bit to see if everything checks out i figured 1500 or so. hard to find these trucks in that comdition. i could probly get the truck for 700 and motor for 300. if not worht fixing or something goes way wrong id just use the parts. i relize theries dont always go as planned but was thinking this might be a good investment for me. and give me some expirence fixing this kind of stuff.
