Every time i have my headlights on and i dim the interior lights by turning the headlight **** right it will cut off the power to the radio, then when i brighten them by turning it left the radio will turn back on. It does not do it if the headlight switch is pushed in and its turned left and right, only when its pulled out... Also the switch is loose in the hole... ANY IDEAS ON WHATS GOIN ON??

 

Is the radio the only issue? If so, i think that you must look for a loose dash/radio grounding. Oh, and put the headlights switch back to it's place

 

fyi, if it doesnt pop a circuit breaker or blow a fuse then its not a short...its a open circuit
