Pro comp shocks are about the best bang for your buck in my opinion. Great on and off road and available in several lengths for longer travel or lift kits. Also eliminating the sway bar is only helpful if you need a lot of independent articulation where one wheel is high and the other is low as in rock crawling. Otherwise you are simply placing more load on one spring instead of spreading it out over both springs and the frame. It also makes the rig less stable on and off road. I can get about 8" of travel with my sway bar on so unless you spend a lot of time lifting one wheel more than 2 feet off the ground while the other is planted you would be better off with the bar.
That depends on your setup. If you have stock suspension the stock length is fine. If you have a leveling kit or want to add some travel to stock the 2 to 3" lift set is great. Just contact your retailer or ProComp and tell them what you need. I have the +3" shocks with f250 springs. It hauls loads and runs smooth on and off road.
