Would this be the reason my trucks sagging a little on the passenger side?

A bad coil bucket would definitely make your truck sag.

Also that spring booster looks to be doing a number on your spring.

The shock won't make it sag but the coil spring will forsure. There just like leaf springs they get compressed over time . From off roading ,hauling, bad roads, ect. Also there does seem to be sumthing wrong with ur coil bucket . Like its twisted or sumthing have u hit sumthing or been hard on the truck ?
