Default Shifting issue? TPS Issue?

Weird situation with my 91 F150. It's an alt lariat with v8 5.0 motor. The truck has started doing a weird thing after it gets warm (about 20 to 30 minutes). Running down the road around 55 or 60 it feels like it loses power/trys to shift (not sure why it would be trying to shift) does a hard bump, like running out of gas then goes fine for a while before repeating again. It bucks really bad after it's got warm at lower speeds as well. Is TPS or something more? Any ideas would be appreciated.

One other thing, when I stop it will sometimes just stall out and engine dies.

I seriously doubt it is the TPS. It is nothing but a variable resistor. They aren't heat sensitive and would act up all the time. You need to start with the basics, checking for codes, fuel pressure and overall condition of the ignition system components.A poor running engine will affect the quality of the transmission shifts.
