Ow do I adjust the shift linkage on a 94 f150 302 e40d? Truck won't start in p only in neutral . Thanks

Find the rod that goes to the tranny from the steering column. There is a bolt that joins the two rods together. Loosen the bolt then you can slide them back and forth.
