Shake when turning right
Lug nuts seem good i need to jack it up and see i was thinking bearing as well. I just got new tires and that's when it started im at the shop now seeing if they balanced them well but wouldn't it be noticeable going straight too it only shakes on a right turn.

Seems odd that things started with the new tires, thinking to focus on that first, such as maybe rotate fronts to backs to see whether anything changes.
Perhaps take a look at the steering - looking for any sloppy joints in the tie rods, drag link, ball joints, bushings on the stabilizer brace, etc.
Are the new tires radically different from the old ones - bigger, more aggressive tread pattern, etc.?
Is the vehicle 4WD - chance of wheel being locked in when shouldn't be...?
Perhaps water-haul stuff - but going with if you don't know what it is, then start eliminating what it's not.
Good luck, and keep us posted.

My buddy and i looked at everything and its all solid bearings, suspension, arms the whole 9. But when talking to my dad he hears my diff whine while backing out his driveway not sure what that would have to do with turning right and shaking im going mad.
Back to it seems too coincidental that you noticed this after new tires, leading to why I suggested to rotate tires to see if something changes.
On the other hand, if you have limited slip and it coincidentally started to get grabby around the time of the new tires, could see where that might cause some shaking on a turn. Had a Jeep with TracLoc, where a diffy spider gear had a come-apart, and things got real interesting on right-turns only.
Thanks for the follow-up, and please continue to keep us posted.

I was getting ticked off about this none of my friends or family could pinpoint it. Took it to a mom and pop tire shop slapped off the tires and boom there it is bent wheels. Got the bad ones in the back for now because im looking at a diff replacement/fix unsure what ill do but after the diff i got my eye on some wheels.
