Good morning all.

So I have a 1996 f150 300 6cyl. E40d trans... so I've disassembled whole.truck and have re installed all electronics into the 1949 f1 body I've installed on 1996 frame. I am useing everything from the 96. I've gotten to the point it should fire up. Don't have original dash plate but where the security light should be there's a flashing light. I've got spark but no fuel and/or injector activity. So my question. How do I disable or bypass the anti theft so I can move forward with this project. Any advise would be appreciated.

 

There is no security light or anti-theft system on a '96 F150. Look on the film circuit on the back of the instrument cluster to ID the flashing light. Trace the film circuit to the dash harness connector to find the wire colors for that light.
