Alright, so I blew a head gasket in my '94 F150 Custom, 300 big six, m50d tranny. I have an '89 XLT Lariat with a 302 EFI sitting down to my parents. What would be required wiring or computer wise to make this work? What would have to come out of the '89 to run it in my '94? Thanks for the advice in advance!

Everything has to be changed - engine frame perches, radiator, engine bay harness, PCM, flywheel, intake, exhaust and more.
Not all of that will transfer from the 89 to the 94.

What's not going to transfer over? Any idea?
