seafoam!?!?! PLEASE HELP
im planing on seafoaming my truck soon, shes a 95 f150 supercab xlt offraod with a 302 v8 and swapped in 5 speed man. has 204000 miles, runs good but gettin alittle tired. i know to change the oil afterwards but HOW do i do the seafoam? ive heard split the can into 3 parts and 1 goes in your vaccum brake booster line and 1 goes in your crank case and 1 goes in your gas. then let it stall out, sit for 30 mins and drive the **** out of it for 5 to 10 miles. or put a whole can in your vaccum line and let it stall or hut it off and let set then drive then change oil and put half another bottle in your crankcase and gas tank. im sooo confused, everyone says do something differently, even seafoam.com!!!!! does your motor just stall out? do you shut her down? how much goes where? PLEASE ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!!!!! goin to do anyhow, just dont want to do it wrong. thank you guys. LONG LIVE FORD!!!!!!!

You'll probably be nervous the first time you pour it through the brake booster, but after the first time you'll be looking forward to the next time and the next!
At least that's how it was for me.

For me, the trick is to allow the seafoam to be sucked thru the brake vacuum line "without" allowing the engine the stall in order to get more seafoam in. And that vacuum will suck the stuff faster than, well faster than anyone's fantasy, put it that way.. lol
Pour about half a can into a cut in half soda bottle, this way as it begins to stall you can easily place your thumb over the line to allow your engine to catch back up, then allow it to suck more, repeat until gone. I run the engine another minute or 2, then shut it down & allow it to sit for a 1/2 hr or so then go for a ride, you don;t have to beat the **** outta it unless you just wanna, just drive it on the highway, (not city streets), as you normally do.
The remaining half of can I put it in my fuel when I am under a half tank of gas, I later put a whole can in my oil & another can every 2 or 3 oil changes. You do not have to change your oil because of adding the seafoam to your oil, that would defeat the purpuse of using it in my opinion. Just leave it in there & do oil changes as normally do.
I have 256,000 on my 2001 & she still runs strong as day one --=shrug

i put 1/3 in the brake booster line 1/3 in the oil and 1/3 in the gas tank, let sit for 30 min then just drive it, i couldn't stall mine out so i just shut it off which is fine. they recommend changing the oil within 300-500 miles but i dont see a problem running it till your normal oil change.
okay so i think i know what im doing, (i think) im for sure i wanna do it. the only thing im wondern about now is the changing of the oil and plugs. my oil needs changed so would now be a good time or let it go for another 500 miles or so. i was under the impression that you HAD or were supposed to change it right afterwards doing this. and my plugs arent that old so ther probably still firing good, thanks for all the input from you guys, as i am nervous because ive never done it before. thanks

id put at least 200 miles on the oil before changing it. the oil will gather up all the gunk in your engine so the longer its in there the longer it will work. its up to you if you want to wait till your oil change is over or do it now and put an extra 200-300 miles on it. the extra miles on the oil wont hurt anything.

and do it outside and stand up wind from the smoke
