Screwy Wipers
92, wipers w/ intermittent, start slow, or stop halfway thru first wipe and won't restart till it wants to. But the actions are random.
I've pulled, cleaned, the wiper motor plug ins, chkd the bolts.
Bad switch? Bad motor?
