Default SAS Question

I have an opportunity to take the axles from a 1995 F350 4x4 (axle code C5) and swap them into my 1993 F150 4x4. Any foreseen issues with this? Obviously the usual fab to the brackets and spring perches would be necessary, but is there any reason to stay away from this set up?

8 lug vs 5 lug...got a plan for that? That's the first obvious thing that comes to mind.

The axles already have nice alloy wheels on them and I'd just put tires on it. That's the least of the concerns. I just want to make sure they will fit and won't be any harder to swap than any other axle.

I do want to keep the coil springs up front though. I'd also like to use the steering set-up off the doner truck as well.

Isn't the 350 a leaf seat up? If you looking to do coils a d44 off a 78-79 is your best bet. There are some threads on leaf spring swaps over on" full size bronco forum" .
