Default Sagging front passenger side

96 f150 4x4 trucks sagging on the passenger front. Any ideas what it could be? Or where to start? Took the wheel off and this cool spring doesn't look right to me

Looks like your spring tower is rusted and loose, also something wedged in the coil. Wouldn't drive until you fix.

x2, I would replace those springs as that one looks very wonky.

Yeah, driving it like that is just asking to pay a tow truck to bring it home. Money would be better spent on new springs.

Yeah, that spring/shock tower looks really rusted. If that thing comes loose while you're driving that side is going to drop and possibly mess stuff up. It also stand a good chance of ripping the rubber on the brake line apart. Then you'll be out of control and have no brakes.
