Default Rusty leaf spring hangers

Who knows the best way to remove these old rusty leaf spring hangers? Should i use a grinder or a torch? I dont want to over heat any areas near the fuel lines. Any advice you have is great

If your decent with a torch this is the fastest way. There are two other methods:

-Grind "x's" into the rivet heads and use a air chisel to remove the rest of the head

-Grind the heads all the way off

Be prepared with a punch and large hammer to punch the rivets thru the frame after the heads are removed.
