Default Running Temperature

I was wondering where abouts on the gauge your temp shows when your truck is at normal operating temps. Mine is almost to the low side line. I did have my truck hooked up to a scanner and it was running at 180 but I think i might put a 190 thermostat in cause its a HO and that is stock.

pretty sure the consensus around here is that "N" is normal, maybe even a little "O". low side line seems low, but i changed mine 'cause it wasn't really moving at all.

EFI engines run around 195 deg, I am pretty sure you can get a 195 thermo, if not, a 190 will work. A 180 will make the truck run a little rich.
