Default Rough idle and acceleration

My 93 has the 5speed manual I-6, and after changing the spark plugs and leads, there’s still a rough idle and acceleration. Pulling the plugs while running, seems like the #2 cylinder is the culprit, and I don’t know what else to try. Any ideas? She’s my daily with 200k miles

Low compression due to a burned valve, a ring problem or headgasket. A malfunctioning fuel injector due to a bad injector or a problem with the injector's wiring or signal from the ECM.. You can "ohm" the injector and compare its resistance to another injector. Or no spark to the cylinder due to a distributor/cap problem. You can easily check with a timing light clamped on the # 2 plug wire and see if the light flashes..You can also check with an old plug.

The part that confuses me, is the fact that it doesn’t happen immediately on start up. It only happens after driving for about five minutes.

Have you tried pulling, cleaning idle air control valve and the throttle body?

I'm at 254,000 and mine were really carboned up - runs much better now that it's been cleaned and I replaced plugs, cap, rotor

That will usually cause idle speed problems and will not single out one cylinder from doing its share of the load.

so basically I cleaned the EGR, replaced the EVP valve sensor, cleaned up the MAP sensor, and ran a good healthy amount (two bottles) of fuel injector cleaner through with about 5 gallons of fuel, and now she runs fine but still bucks every so often. My guess is the map sensor is going out, and every time I hit a rough patch of road the wires knock around a bit and that’s why she bucks. Not too sure though Bc of all I’ve changed
