Alright I'll spray the wires tonight see if i notice anything, the weird thing is it's not even running rough anymore, and all I've done is an oil change lol, I still wanna fix all these codes though and fix whatever's causing my horrible fuel mileage, which I still think is from a vacuum leak.

It could have been thick oil from summer, don't know how long you've had it, because some people run 20w in summer and (depending on how cold it get's in your area) that's hard for the engine to start cold in the winter. I only run 10w30 in summer but still drop to 5w for the winters here in Iowa.

I've just been running 10w30 all year, never had a problem, and I live in northern illinois

I know motor oil viscosity is just about like religion for some folks, but go to 5w-30. Your battery and starter will thank you tremendously during the winter.
