Default Rough Cold Start

So for awhile now, every time I cold start my truck it will have a very high rough idle for about 3 seconds. Best way I can describe it, she roars like, how dare you wake me up! Other than that, she runs like a sewing machine. I've replaced the EGR, EGR position sensor, and the crappy little green vacuum line with a piece of 5/32" vacuum line. My only other thought is it could be the EGR Vacuum Solenoid ($36 part).

I don't get a check engine light, but I will probably check for codes tomorrow, to see if anything is coming up.

Anybody have something to say about it?

I did disconnect the vacuum line from the EGR while the truck was running, and I did feel the air being sucked into the vacuum solenoid.

I'll make suggestions but I can't say for sure I know any of them will work, just that they are good suggestions in general for these trucks without spending too much money.

Check fuel pressure with a gauge - replace fuel filter if it hasn't been replaced in awhile
Replace all your plastic vacuum lines, not just the EGR green one
Replace PCV valve - motorcraft part only
Check/Clean/Replace IAC - clean throttlebody - replace air filter
Check/Clean grounds in engine bay

Idle Air Control (IAC) valve is my first guess. Always a problem on Fords no matter the model. People try to clean them, and you'll find videos about it on youtube, but I've found they almost always just need replaced.
