Rotors
The 4WD does add additional degrees of difficulty. Suggest to get a shop manual - Chilton's, Haynes, etc. You'll need to buy or rent the spindle nut tool.
Not sure how the rotors are causing the squeaking. Have you tried applying the disc brake quiet goo to the backs of the pads?

it is not hard just time consuming along with some cash you will need a special tool for the locking ring deal in there. for 20 bucks or so you can rent them at auto zone or napa i think. the pads are easy to do but still will need to take wheel off.

It is just sad what a cutthroat shop will try to do to an unsuspecting person. Especially one whose spouse is serving this country and deployed to a war zone. Shame shame shame.
If the truck is close to Dallas Texas let me know and I will make arrangements to fix the brakes myself. Seriously.
