Basically yes, as long as they are good at it, you may end up having to grind some of the weld down to smooth it out, but thats the easy part

And can run a cut off saw or plasma cutters work best if you can find someone with one

i may have someone. i think the fact i dont need them to paint or anything will make it way cheaper
