Default That Resistor Block Is Where?

OK, I've got a 1989 F-150 XLT Lariat and I've spent over an hour looking for the heater fan speed switch resistor block but I can't find it.

Can anybody tell me exactly where it is? A pic maybe??? (I should be so lucky. )

I've pulled the switch and radio out. No r/b in sight. I checked the wires at the fan, org/blk and blk/org. No r/b. Now it's got to be under the dash somewhere and I'm probably looking right at it but... Is it in a box or something maybe? I see a couple of boxes but none with org/blk or blk/org wires. I can see the wiring harness almost all the way from the fan to the switch but lose it just as it goes behind the switch. When it gets to the switch there's only one same color wire (org/blk) so it must split there and go to the r/b right? I just don't see it. Help

Under the fan motor in the engine compartment, it has 2 hex head screws in it.
