Default remove coil spring stud problems, advice?

I'm trying to remove the coil spring stud on my 1989 F150 4X4. Started by spraying with some WD-40 and have tried an air gun and a socket with a pipe on the end of the ratchet (worried about breaking my ratchet). It is not budging. Anyone have advice on getting it out? So far everything has been relatively easy to get out. I'm replacing my entire SkyJacker lift kit, stering stabilizer, radius arm bushing, etc. I want to get the radius arm powder coated and need to get this bolt out. I have a new one ready to put in there.

Thanks for all and any input and help!

After googling all morning, I haven't found any other real problems removing this lower coil seat. The only thing I found searching all morning is that it took someone 250 lb-ft of torque to get one off. I don't want to knock the truck off of my stands and jacks... Any ideas for an old rusted nut and bolt would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Turn you wheels all the way in one direction, then heat the nut that's welded to the inside of the axle housing with an acetylene torch. Heatwrench is the only way to remove that stud.

Thanks, Kentucky Country Boy. That's exactly the kind of knowledge for which I was seeking.

Now after mulling that over, do I need to weld the new one after I get it in, or is that just something they did for original assembly?

He's not saying cut it out just heat the iron around the threads. Doesn't take much. Just enough to expand the metal a lil and let the bolt start turnin. When you put it all back together get the right torque to it and use some blue loctite.
