Default Regapped sparkplugs

Ok I regapped all my plugs to .045 and now she runs much better no "gassy" exhaust smell burns it much better now. Next is the wires and coil. I'm going with MSD Ignition.

Make sure to check that the MSD coil you get will work with your truck. I ordered one for mine and it burnt up as soon as spring came, warmer temperatures. I put mine on in the winter and it worked fine but as soon as we had a day about 75 degrees my MSD Blaster coil burnt up. I looked it up and apparently there wasn't enough resistance and it ran too hot and burnt up. was only on there for four months. I think there is a ballast resistor you can get to correct this but i cannot say that is 100% correct. Just check it out first and do some research. I have a 96 5.0 automatic 4x4
