Default Rear Shackles on '94

Ok so my friend has a '94 f150 5.0 2wd. Can he get the rear shackles off of a '94 4WD and install them for a lift? Will they fit? If so, how much would it lift it? Thanks.

Short answer - no.

Get a new spring pack or add a leaf, or blocks to lift the rear.

Why wouldn't they fit? Are they wider or something?

You would need shorter shackles to lift the rear of an F150, and, going shorter would create its own issues. Most ford 4wd's use a factory block to lift the rear higher then the 2wd's - the rest of the rear suspension is identical.
