random no start

random no start
1992 f150 302 192k miles
About once a week ill go out to start my truck and she justs cranks and cranks. Sometimes I can get it to start by pumping the gas though. I know the pumps are running cause I can here both of them (when I flip the selector switch). However this morning she wouldn't start and I killed the battery crankin it. Its happened a couple times and there has always been atleast 1/2 a tank in it so I know its not to low on gas. Once I get it started it'll start all day until the next time it acts up about a week later.
I'm baffled please help.

have you checked to see if you have any codes? when was the last time you changed your fuel filter? it also wouldn't hurt to check fuel pressure at the rail and run seafoam through it

There are no codes. as. Far as fuel filter goes not sure when it ws changed only had the truck 2 months. However I am gonna change it tomorrow just to eliminate that.
