Default Random Hiccup

Hello Everyone,
I have a 94 with the 351 and 4wd. When the truck is idling, there is a random hiccup/stutter. Sometimes it happens with intervals of 10 seconds between, sometimes it goes minutes without having one. When it is driving however the hiccup/stutter becomes very violent. It really only happens at low RPM. I have replaced:
Fuel Pumps, Fuel Filter, Fuel Injectors, Fuel Pressure Regulator, Plugs, Wires, Cap and Rotor, Ignition Coil, Ignition Control Module, Air/Smog Pump
I am not sure where to go next. Anyone ever have this issue or know what it is? Thank you in advance.

Read a thread on this,
Make sure the ICM is the correct color for your year, make sure it’s Moto craft.
Check fuel pressure off, key on engine off, key on engine running.
Check the connector on the ignition coil. Gently pull on the wires on the connector, if they are bad they will come out and you should get a new pigtail.
Check for codes if you haven’t already. I’d just get a scan tool over the paper clip method it’s easier. Only $33 on Amazon
This is just a starting point to go back through what you’ve done and make sure it’s all correct.
