Ok so I just bought a 95 f150 it has a small lift already I believe I was wondering what's a better lift to put on it a body or suspension lift

Depends on what you want to do with it. IMO a suspension lift should be the first stage and then if you need more for tire clearance add a body lift.Figure out what size tires you want to run first and then lift it accordingly. If you want to run 33" tires, a 4" lift should work. 36" tires, a 6" lift should work. Anything bigger and you need to start figuring in a body lift and larger rear lift springs and possibly a solid axle swap up front. I wouldn't put more than a 6" lift on the stock TTB front end. That's just my opinion.
