I own a 88 F150 with 302 efi automatic transmission. I bought a engine from an 89 F150 with a manual transmission . My question is the wireing harness is different on my motor and the motor on the engine i bought so i swapped out his harness for mine is there anything else that i got to watch out that is different i took out pilot bearing so tourge convertor fit

 

You shouldn't have to change the wires on the engines
