Pumping gas
Has anyone else the problem where the first few gallons pump fine, but when you get to the last 3-4 gallons the gas pump will shut off every second. It’s like it has an air bubble in the tank or something, but both tanks do this. The last few gallons take 20 mins to pump. Anyone know the cause or fix of this issue?
separate question: I just got this reg cab 1993 F-150 xlt and the front fuel tank doesn’t read on the gauge. Does anyone know the capacity of the front and rear tanks on this year model? I’ve read several different answers to this question.

Possible the evap canister/charchol canister is bad (happens when overfilling). Meaning when the tank is continually overfilled, the overflow into the vent can cause these damages.
That's one source, pretty common one but I don't know if it's the only problem. Likely venting to some degree though.
Tanks have historcally been 18.2 and 19, if I recall. Can't remember any more which is which though.
Somebody asked this question a few days ago with another person answering. They answered slightly different though, but within a gallon of both.
You might be able to download an online version of the owners manual. It has the capacities listed in the capacity section.
I might be able to dig up my 1993 owners manual.

Take the canister off, if there is no raw fuel in it, you can blow air through it, put it back on since there is nothing wrong with it. It will eventually dry out with the fuel evaporating out of it.You should stop fueling after one or two shut offs of the pump and not force more fuel in the tank.
