Default Power window problems

I recently went and had my passenger window motor replaced, and it's horribly slow now. The shop supposedly drilled out the rivets, replaced the motor and put everything back together. The motor now sounds different rolling up, is half as slow as the driver window rolling up, and when I close the door there is a loose shaking sound in the passenger door. Anyone know what might be up with this?

The window itself might be off track.

Or the window might be adjusted too tight and binding on the tracks.

would that cause the window to roll up and down extremely slow? right now it has got to the point where sometimes it wont roll down at all, and sometimes it pauses and hops when going up and down, like it lags then suddenly shoots up.
