I'm replacing the door handle cable in my truck this weekend and figured I'd go ahead and tackle the door lock issue while I have the door panel off. The locks work with the key and with the handle (when the handle works), but nothing happens when I hit the lock/unlock switch. Is there a common failure on these or where should I start investigating first?

Turns out the passenger side will lock but won't unlock. So nothing from the driver's side, but locking working on passenger side.
