Default Power door locks issue

My 91s power locks don't work from either switch. No noises or anything. Replaced the circuit breaker and it still doesn't work. Locks and unlocks with key just fine on both sides. What steps should I take to test? Also, if one switch is bad will it make both sides not work? Just curious.

I had the same problem on one side. Take a look at the motor (lack of better description) in the door, it may not be there or disconnected.

First: learn how the circuit works. It's a polarity-reversing circuit with parallel motors & parallel power (B+), but serial grounds (returns, B-, negatives). And each switch is an exclusive pair of SPDTs that share their NC terminal. So it's fairly complicated, even if you're familiar with 12V circuits. If you're not, take it to a stereo/alarm shop for diagnosis. Click this, read the caption, and continue to the NEXT several:

Yes, one failure in one switch can prevent most of the circuit from working. But it takes more than 1 failure to prevent the entire circuit from working.
