power door locks
I replaced the carpet in my 1995 F-150 standard cab. Now both driver and passenger door lock switches don't work. The lumbar pump stopped working too. They were all working yesterday. I checked the fuse. What should I check next?
First, you should put ALL the truck's details in your signature, as this caption explains:

All you've told us is the year & cab size - we need to know (along with everything else) what trim level it is, what options it was built with, and what has been added/modified/deleted/damaged/repaired... We also need to know WHY you replaced the carpet, and how exactly. Did you remove all the plastic trim pieces, or did you just pull the carpet out, and shove the new back under? Pics would help, too.

Removed the bench seat, removed the kick panels and sill plates. Replaced the old carpet because it was worn out. Plugged the 2 connectors under the seat back it. Power windows still work. Door locks don't make any noise when I use the switch. I can lock and unlock the doors with the keys.
