Default Possible TP sensor problem

Alright I have '95 F-150 5.0 302. Truck sat for about two months, took a jump to start it. After about 10 min of driving it was acting a little funny so I parked it and checked some fluids and the oil was very low. Added some ran good for awhile but now it doesn't like to start unless the pedal is down. It also has a very high idle which gives me an unneeded cruise control while driving. Not fun when its a 4speed. Also getting a code 114 Out of range voltage air change temperature sensor (ACT) and a 123 High voltage throttle position sensor (TPS). Any help would be great.

TPS = http://fordfuelinjection.com/?p=30 & ATC = http://fordfuelinjection.com/?p=29 They're both cheap dates if you replace them yourself! Start w/ the ACT, it could be influencing the TPS reporting. & if you've never cleaned your IAC valve, this would be a good time = http://fordfuelinjection.com/?p=39 (there's more names for this part than that fat kid in 2nd grade!)

Well I cleaned out the IAC and it was doing good when it was idling so I took it out for a drive. Same thing happened...rpm's surged when driving and at idle. I put the code reader back on and it gave me 121-closed throttle voltage higher or lower then expected, 123-throttle position sensor above maximum voltage, and 332-insufficient egr flow detected...any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Sure sound like a Vac leak somewhere. Did you replace the TPS w/ the correct type? There are adjustable & non adjustable versions. Is it correctly seated? Did you disconnect the battery for 5 mins. to clear the KAM after replacing the sensor.http://fordfuelinjection.com/?p=10
