Possible PCM Failure
Vehicle is a 94 F150 5.8 L E40D 4x4
After the weather suddenly got colder the engine would randomly surge. Over night it progressively got worse.
The engine will barely idle and has a very strong rich fuel smell. I checked the timing and firing order. Checked the spark plug wires for looseness. The cap and rotor were Replace due to corrosion.
I pulled codes and received the following:
117 638 126 122 112 327 654 513 553 552 565 556.
The most worrisome is 513 indicating a PCM internal voltage fault. I doubt all these sensors have gone bad at the same time. I suspected a voltage or power supply issue but don't know where to begin.
Any ideas?
