Default Polyurethane body mounts - tips for installation

Has anyone else here installed polyurethane body mount bushings?

I'd love to hear about the process of installing and what you used for tools to get the stock mounts out. Also, any tips on saving the sleeves from the stock mounts.

Thank you in advance!

Default 78 f150

I did my 78 f150 during the diesel swap. Hardest ones were the core support. The back cab I used a longer bolt and then hammered on it from inside the cab to break it loose. The front cab I used a slide hammer rig from the bottom and the core support I cut the rubber out then heated the metal that was left up and used a bolt to drive them down while I had the frame jacked up under and the lip held on by channel locks so all of the force went into the piece and not into the suspension or bushing slop.
