Default Plasti dip

Just wondering if anyone has plasti dipped there whole truck if so how many cans or qts and pics thanks

also if you use your truck for off road where you risk having a branch or something scrape down the side then you should just save your money.

I dipped my bumpers. came off pretty well but was hell on the top portion of the bumper where the sun beats down on it most.

In the process of dipping mine gray primer color. 6 cans for about 1/4 of the truck so far. Mines a true beater on body and paint, and not worth paying more to paint than I did for the truck.

So why didn't you just spray it primer? ? I'm sure that would be cheaper? I just do not understand this plastidip obsession

I actually had just done a rust repair and had primered on the cab corner, when I had the idea. What sold me were the reviews that the plasti dip lasts longer and is easier to get consistency in the finish.

Another shot of where I am currently. I'm not going through the trouble of fixing the body damage, not worth it to me on a $1000 truck, just want it to look a little more consistent, but I am fixing surface rust as I go.

But it peels off?? Sorry, just don't get it, if your gonna do all that work why would you want it to be temporary?
