Default Pitman arm

Just bought a 94 f150 flare side with the 300 I6 4x4 5 speed. This looks like he put 6" lift(blocks) in rear, but didn't get a drop pitman arm, is it necessary, steering is pretty rough.

If the truck has a 6" lift, then it probably needs a drop pitman arm, radius arm drop brackets (some kits come with all new radius arms), sway bar drop brackets, and I-beam drop brackets. It probably also needs extended brake lines.

So I would check all of those areas before doing anything crazy with it.

You need the drop pitman arm. Without it you can set the toe in when the wheels are straight, but as soon as you start to turn, everything goes out of whack.
