I buy and sell a lot on ebay and this seller looks good. You have to look through a sellers feedback to be able to make a judgment as to whether a guy is for real or not. The seller really has a good feedback score (99.5) and has sold around 1100+ items on ebay. He or she gives a very strong return policy where they let you try the item for 60 days with a money back guarantee. Also has a limited 10 year limited warranty which says a lot.
If I were seriously looking at this item I would go through his feedback on ebay and contact several of the buyers of his item before I decided that 'it just couldn't work' or 'it's not able to do that' . If the all the buyers of the item all say that it did help and are really happy that they bought then it may be real. He has sold a LOT of them. Almost everybody gave him a good feedback that bought the gizmo so who really knows? Click Here if you want to look through his feedback scores yourself and make a decision. After all it looks pretty easy to hook up so why not try it when there's money back guaranteed if you are not satisfied.

If you do decide to get one of these then before you put it on totally fill your tank and do a mileage test. Then install the gizmo top up the tank and do the mileage test again to have some data to compare. If you don't get results like they claim then send it back. You should feel the boost that they claim.

I know that feedback score is the most important thing to an ebay seller so I personally feel the guy is for real judging by the feedback he has gotten. All in all it's really up to the individual to decide for himself. Email the other buyers of his item first and see what they say before you decide.
