What do you all suggest for paint for painting the bug shield that is on my truck?
I want to paint it white but I am gona be pissed if it starts to flake from the bad weather and stuff up here so what do you all think?

haha! I will not attempt to answer this one, but will be following it as I have been down this road myself and ended up throwing the damn bug shield away after trying 2 different ways to paint it I was told would work.
I will say this, my first attempt, I was told to use a good enamel paint as this would provide better protection against bugs actually chipping the paint. 2 months later the paint cracked everywhere because the bug shield flexes to a degree and enamel paint doesn't...
2nd attempt, sanded all the cracked enamel off and was told use a latex base as this will flex with the shield. 2-3 months later it looked like someone set it on fire and put it out with a rake... there were chips all over it from June bugs hitting it (it was that time of the year) anyways, I tossed it.
