Update.

New thermostat was faulty.

I pulled the thermostat out before adding the Prestone flush and before installing the new radiator. The truck's temp never even made it to normal.

I put a new 160 deg thermostat in, left the partially clogged radiator on the truck and the temp seems fine now.

I think I am going to eventually have to replace the radiator, as the bottom third seems to be clogged, and put a 180 deg or the stock 192 deg thermostat back in.

Now that the temp seems stable... enough. The truck still does not want to idle correctly and seems to bog down at low rpm. This only happens after she has been driven for 30 or so minutes (so she's been at operating temp for 20 to 25 mins). I’m thinking the ICM (as its not acting up until it’s thoroughly heat soaked).

Any suggestions are welcome. By the way. I have recently replaced the IACV and Seafoamed.

Thanks.
