overdrive light flashing?

my overdrive light is flashing and i have no idea why can anyone help me

The flashing light is an indication that something may be wrong with the transmission, I think. You will need to find a shop that has the correct computer to read the Ford transmission code that should have been stored when the light began flashing. The code should tell them/you what is wrong.
