i recently put a 3 inch body lift on my 95 f-150 and now it is over heating

 

yep that happens lol

make sure none of the hoses are kinked or restricked flow,

also did you put your shroud back on? if not cut the shroud and put the top half on you try to direct the flow a litttle bit,

you put on 3" of body so the radiator 3" less of the fan going across the fins

you could also search for a e-fan upgrade, cool better and free up some performance.
