Default oil pan

I have the notorious oil pan leak. My question is were the pans prone to deteriorate or just the gasket?

Try re-torqueing in proper bolt down pattern before anything more heroic.

I recommend removing the whole engine to put a new pan on. I'm not going to say if I'm being serious or not

I think I'll just hook it up to the chain fall in my shop and raise it a little. Lol

I seem to remember unbolting some motor mounts for that "slidge" of additional clearance too.
