Default Oil Leak from Pressure Sensor

Hey guys, I'm a newbie to the concept of truck maintenance and I need some help. Okay, well at the front of my truck I'm having an oil leak running down the very front. Now Im pretty sure its my oil pressure sensor because its happened quite a few times, Can't find the exact place where its leaking cuz i live on a gravel road and its been too cold to spray everything off to find the source. I'm not sure why it happens but any information on what I can do to stop it from blowing out and having to get a new sensor every six months would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You shouldnt have to replace the sending unit every 6 months, unless something is wrong. Has it been replaced before?? If so it may not be the sending unit, unless you got a defective part. Need to clean front of motor off the get an idea where leak is coming from..

Places of possible leak,,,

front seal,
oil sending unit or tubes that sending unit is on that screws into block,
timing chain cover gasket could be bad,
distributor "O" ring maybe be bad,
oil pan gasket leaking,,,
lower intake gasket bad,
