Default OBD1 options

I have 95 F-150 5.0 maf with 4R70 transmission and 3.08 non limited slip. Im currently rebuilding my engine and the mods and new setup will be: GT40 heads upgraded drop in valve spring kit from Alex parts, Lunati Voodoo 20350711 roller cam, ported gt40 intake 65mm throttle body, 24# injectors, msd cap and rotor kit with msd blaster coil, ford racing 9mm wires, i have egr delete plate removed smog pump and smog valves, electric fans, cold air intake, shorty headers, 2.5" exhaust with x-pipe and flowmaster super 44 duals. Changing the rear gears to 4.10 LS from explorer 8.8. Here's the question... I've messaged a few performance chip companies and Jet performance about the upgrades and options to turn off egr and smog system but no replies. I need someone with more knowledge to put some imput in. The cam calls for computer upgrades. With my transmission shift normal with new gears? Will my maf work with the 24# injectors or will the obd1 also have to be programmed for 24# ? Will buying a Jet performance pcm fix all my problems and prevent check engine codes? Hope someone on here knows about this and can help. Thanks
