I'm having issues removing an O2 sensor. Before I even started the project I was spraying the O2 sensors with PB Blaster for about a week. I was able to remove 2 of the 3 without any issues but this last one will not budge. I've tried heating it up with a propane torch then stepped up the heat to oxy/acet torch then tried to break it loose with an impact and a breaker bar but no luck. Does anybody else have any ideas, tips, tricks?
when using the heat, are you heating the sensor or the exhaust?
you always want to be heating what the part threads into, while keeping the "male" part cooler.

Hey Justintendo, I've tried applying heat to the bung and also the bung and a little bit of the surrounding area with no luck never directly on the sensor. Depending on the weather this weekend I'm going to take the passenger front wheel and wheel well liner off and see if I get better leverage from that angle with a breaker bar and or a pipe wrench.

that may be helpful..and you have to work fast once you are done heating...the heat spreads or cools quickly!
I was finally able to get the O2 sensor off. I convinced my wife to help me out by having her apply the heat and as soon as the bung was glowing I got the breaker bar and socket on it and it came free. Thanks for the input!
