My 95 5.0 with the c6 transmission won't shift right when I'm trying to pass someone. It doesn't want to shift, it just keeps gaining rpms but not dropping into the passing gear. Anybody have an idea of what it going on??? I'm stumped...

 

how fast are you going? it could have reached the last gear.

 

No I don't think that's it cause I'm going like around 40 and trying to pass someone on a country road...

 

And now it won't hardly run off the line, it putters along and seems to be having a lot of difficulties..

 

Vss in the rear axle u can change ur self only thing on the axle it's on the center front side might be it
