It's the clockspring. It controls the horn, airbag and the cruise. 1st my cruise stopped, little later the airbag light was flashing. Finally, the horn quit. Don't know why they went out one at a time, but a new clockspring fixed the problem. Dealer did it for $150.00

technicly code 32 is high resestance or open airbag circuit... the does most commonly mean a broken clock spring, expecially when the rest of the controls on the steering wheel quit... however it is possible to have code 32 and the clock spring be fine..

to the OP in you cance i would deffinatly say change the clock spring.. assuming you hace checked fuses

sorry for all the typos... typing this from a cellphone at work

I did check the fuses, my dealer is quoting 350, I know I shouldn't try this myself, but what are the precautions to avoid blowing the airbag?
