situation normal at both ends. A bit overfilled perhaps, if the thermostat is open....don't be too quick to cap it, wait until you are sure the thermostat IS open and water still circulating.

got it.
im flushing it right now and putting in a new radiator.

it always sits at the l on the normal heat range
